Once customers purchase any of our classes, they will receive a confirmation email.  The email will have buttons allowing upload of any documents that are included.  Simply click on the buttons and your documents will arrive in your download folder.  Then go to your download folder and find the document and double click on them to view them.  Then save the documents wherever you want to store them on your computer or I-pad etc.

All our Workbooks and Study Guides are in PDF (Portable Document Format).  You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or some other software that can read PDF files to open our Workbooks and Study Guides.

Printed Workbooks, navigation tools, large charts, Star Finders, and other hard copy products will be delivered via US mail for free in the continental US.  If you are located outside of the Continental US, please contact us on the Contact Us page to arrange shipment.  Shipment of these items usually happens within a day.  If there is a delay in shipment, we will contact you via email to advise of the expected delivery date.
