Our Workbooks and Study Guides are our intellectual property that we give our customers access to not ownership of. They just receive copies, but the intellectual property is ours.

Customers have a right to use our Workbooks and Study Guides for personal use.  Commercial use is not allowed without written permission from Captain In You Sailing Schools.

Our customers are not allowed to redistribute, sell, or reproduce our Workbooks and Study Guides for commercial purposes.  Our customers may not share any of our Workbooks and Study Guides with third parties without written permission from Captain In You Sailing Schools.
